Polo shirts sit at the intersection of sporty and smart — and getting the collar construction, fabric hand-feel, and fit right makes all the difference. Potato Apparel manufactures custom polo shirts in 180–240GSM piqué cotton, performance polyester, and cotton/polyester blends for brands, corporate uniform programs, golf apparel lines, and team merchandise stores.
The classic two-button placket polo is our most popular style, but we also produce zip-neck, quarter-zip, and Henley variations. Collar construction options include standard flat piqué collar, self-fabric collar for a more casual look, and contrast-tipping for that premium sportswear finish. Pocket on left chest is optional; can be included or omitted per your spec.
Decoration options: embroidery is by far the most popular for polo shirts — we can place logos on the left chest, center chest, sleeve, or back yoke. Screen printing and sublimation are also available. Custom woven labels, custom buttons (including logo-engraved buttons from 500 pcs), and contrast-color plackets are all available on request.
MOQ from 50 pcs per style. Sizes XS–3XL. Standard colorway library has 15+ colors with custom Pantone dyeing from 100 pcs. Fabric options include 100% combed cotton piqué, 60/40 cotton/polyester piqué, and 100% performance polyester with moisture-wicking finish for sports polo applications. Can you embroider a logo on custom polo shirts?
Yes. Embroidery is the most popular decoration method for polo shirts and gives a premium, professional result. We digitize your logo artwork at no extra charge and can place it on the left chest, center chest, sleeve, or upper back. Minimum stitch count is 1,000; maximum for a chest placement is around 8,000 stitches.
