Potato Apparel produces custom activewear and sportswear — joggers, track pants, performance shorts, training tops, and gym sets — using performance-grade fabrics engineered for movement and durability.
Our activewear fabrics include 4-way stretch nylon/spandex and polyester/spandex blends with moisture-wicking finishes, as well as recycled performance fabrics for sustainability-focused brands. Fabric weights range from 180GSM for lightweight running styles to 280GSM for structured training bottoms and midlayer performance pieces.
Construction details that elevate activewear: flatlock seaming (lies flat against skin, no chafing), laser-cut bonded waistbands, hidden side pockets and zip pockets, mesh ventilation panels, reflective tape, and drawcord adjustments. We can build from your tech pack or work with our design team to develop a technical pattern from your reference measurements.
OEM and ODM with MOQ from 50 pieces per style. Sublimation printing is available for all-over pattern placement on polyester fabrics — popular for branded gym kits and team uniform programs. Embroidery and screen print available on cotton-blend performance pieces.

What fabrics do you use for activewear?
We use nylon/spandex blends (typically 82/18 or 88/12) and polyester/spandex blends for performance pieces. Recycled REPREVE® and ECONYL® options are available for sustainability certifications. All performance fabrics are tested for pilling, colorfastness, and stretch recovery.
Can you produce coordinated gym sets (matching top and bottom)?
Yes. Matching co-ord sets (sports bra + leggings, crop top + joggers, shorts + tank) are a popular request. We ensure dye-lot matching across all pieces in a set and can deliver them individually labeled and packed as a set.
Is sublimation printing available for all-over pattern designs?
Yes. Sublimation printing on polyester fabrics allows unlimited colors and full all-over pattern coverage with no additional cost per color. The print is embedded into the fabric fiber, so it will not crack, peel, or fade. MOQ for sublimation pieces is 50 pcs per design.
Do you supply to gym brands and team sports programs?
Yes. We regularly supply gym apparel brands, CrossFit and HIIT studios, yoga studios, and team sports programs (soccer, basketball, rugby). We can accommodate player numbering, individual name printing, and roster-based size breakdowns.
