We handle the full process in-house: fabric sourcing, pattern making, first sample, bulk production, and AQL 2.5 quality inspection — so there's no finger-pointing between vendors when something needs to be corrected. Available fabric weights range from 160GSM for lightweight layering tees all the way to 320GSM for premium heavyweight streetwear. Our standard colorway library has 20+ base colors with custom Pantone dyeing available for orders of 100 pcs or more.

Decoration options include screen printing, embroidery (up to 15,000 stitches), heat transfer vinyl (HTV), puff print, DTG, and DTF. All-over sublimation is available on polyester blends. Custom woven labels, printed labels, hangtags, poly bags, and branded packaging are included from 100 pcs — with no factory marks on the final garment.

Our t-shirt range covers basic fit, oversized and boxy cut, cropped, longline, vest, and long-sleeve styles. Sizes run from XS to 3XL. Popular fabrications include 100% combed ring-spun cotton, cotton/polyester blends for print durability, tri-blend for vintage texture, and bamboo-cotton for premium softness.

We ship globally via DDP (delivered, duties paid) to the USA, UK, Australia, EU, and the Middle East, as well as FOB from Guangzhou for buyers who manage their own freight. Typical production lead time after sample approval is 25–35 business days for 200–500 pcs.
