Custom crew-neck sweatshirts are one of the most commercially proven pieces in any brand's lineup — versatile, seasonless, and consistently reordered. Potato Apparel manufactures OEM and ODM sweatshirts from 280GSM to 400GSM in French terry, fleece, and waffle-knit constructions, giving you the full range from lightweight layering pieces to heavyweight streetwear staples.
MOQ starts at just 50 pieces per style. Styles available include classic pullover crew neck, cropped crew neck, quarter-zip, and slit-neck variations. Custom ribbed cuffs, waistband, and collar colors are available for contrast-panel designs. Garment washing (vintage wash, enzyme wash, pigment dye) can be applied for an aged, premium-hand finish.
Decoration options include screen printing, embroidery (up to 15,000 stitches), and puff ink for dimensional logo placements. DTF transfers are available for photorealistic multi-color designs. Custom woven labels and hangtags included from 100 pcs.
Fabrics include 100% cotton French terry, cotton/polyester blend fleece, and heavyweight all-cotton fleece. Sizes XS–3XL with custom Pantone dyeing from 100 pcs. Sample turnaround is 7–10 business days after tech pack receipt. Global shipping via DDP or FOB.

What is the difference between a sweatshirt and a hoodie in manufacturing terms?
A sweatshirt has no hood. The construction is otherwise similar — both are made from fleece or French terry with ribbed cuffs and hem. Sweatshirts are generally slightly lighter in feel and more versatile for layering. We manufacture both and can advise on which best suits your brand direction.
Can I get a vintage-wash or garment-dyed finish on sweatshirts?
Yes. Garment washing techniques including vintage wash, enzyme wash, pigment dye, and acid wash are available to give your sweatshirts an aged, premium-hand feel right out of the bag. This is popular for streetwear and Y2K-influenced collections.
What embroidery options are available on sweatshirts?
