MOQ starts at 50 pieces per style with color and size mixing allowed, making us the ideal partner for independent labels, DTC brands, and streetwear drops that need professional manufacturing without the high minimums that large factories impose. Fleece hoodies, French terry pullover hoodies, zip-up hoodies, oversized hoodies, and cropped hoodies are all standard in our production repertoire.
Decoration options include embroidery (up to 15,000 stitches for large chest and back placements), screen print, puff ink, DTF transfers, and chenille patches. Custom kangaroo pocket construction, split-rib cuffs, thumbhole options, and contrast-panel designs are available. YKK-grade zippers with custom zip-pulls are available from 100 pcs on zip-up styles.
Fabric options include 300GSM French terry (breathable, mid-weight, ideal for year-round wear), 350–380GSM fleece for autumn/winter collections, and 420GSM heavyweight fleece for the premium streetwear market. Custom Pantone dyeing from 100 pcs. Sizes XS–3XL.
Final inspection follows AQL 2.5 protocol with a detailed report and pre-shipment photos. We ship DDP worldwide — USA, UK, Australia, EU, Middle East — with typical bulk lead time of 25–35 business days after sample approval.

What is the MOQ for custom hoodies?
Our MOQ is 50 pieces per style, with mixing of colors and sizes allowed within that quantity. Premium heavyweight fleece styles (400GSM+) may require a minimum of 100 pcs per colorway due to fabric minimums.
What GSM weight is best for a hoodie?
For year-round everyday wear, 300–350GSM French terry gives a comfortable mid-weight feel. For a premium streetwear weight that customers associate with quality, 380–420GSM heavyweight fleece is the industry standard. We can advise on the right weight for your target market and climate.
Can I customize the fit — oversized, cropped, boxy?
Absolutely. We offer custom pattern-making for any silhouette: oversized boxy, cropped, relaxed regular fit, or measurements from your own block. Provide a tech pack or a reference garment and we will replicate the exact fit.
How long does bulk hoodie production take?
Once your sample is approved, bulk production typically takes 25–35 business days for quantities of 200–500 pcs. We provide production progress photos and an AQL 2.5 final inspection report before any shipment leaves our facility.
Do you manufacture zip-up hoodies as well as pullovers?
Yes. We produce both pull-over and full-zip hoodie styles, as well as half-zip and quarter-zip options. Zipper grade and pull style can be customized from 100 pcs.
