Potato Apparel produces custom denim garments including jeans, jackets, shorts, and skirts using ring-spun and open-end denim from 280GSM to 420GSM.
We offer a full range of washes: raw (rigid, for selvage-style products), stone wash, enzyme wash, acid wash, bleach wash, and tinted overdye. Distressing effects include laser fading, hand sanding, cat-whisker detailing, whiskering, grinding, and scraping — all applied by hand by our skilled wash and distressing team. The result is natural-looking wear patterns that elevate perceived quality.
Construction details: five-pocket jeans, custom rivets (multiple finish options), custom shank buttons with or without logo stamping, coin pocket, bar tacks, contrast stitching in any thread color, and custom patch labels on back waistband. Embroidery and laser engraving available for decoration.

What denim products do you manufacture?
We manufacture five-pocket jeans (slim, straight, wide-leg, bootcut, skinny), denim shorts, denim jackets (trucker-style and oversized), denim skirts (mini, midi, maxi), and denim co-ord sets. Custom styles from a tech pack or reference sample are welcome.
What wash and distress options are available?
Wash options include raw/rigid, stone wash, enzyme wash, acid wash, bleach wash, and indigo overdye. Distress effects include hand sanding, laser fading, whiskering, cat-whisker details, grinding, scraping, and distressed hem. A combination of washes and distress effects can be applied to the same garment.
Can you match a specific denim shade or wash?
Yes. Bring a reference garment or a precise wash description and we will develop a lab wash sample for approval before bulk production. Color and wash matching on denim typically requires 1–2 rounds of lab sample to achieve the target.
Are custom rivets, buttons, and labels available?
Yes. Custom metal rivets in antique brass, silver, and gunmetal finishes are available. Shank buttons with stamped logo or brand name are available from 500 pcs (due to metal die tooling). Custom woven back patch and leather patch labels are standard from 100 pcs.
